GROH, Walter Jr. C. "Walt" 52 of Clayton, passed away peacefully Monday, June 12, 2017. Walt leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife of 33 years, Donna (Riesenberg) Groh, three sons and daughters-in-law Blake and Sarah Groh, Kyle and Kristin Groh, Jake and Brett Groh, grandson Reid Groh, granddaughter Nora Groh. Also surviving are his mother Frances (Cauley) Groh, sister and brother-in-law Elaine and Doc Chinn, brother and sister-in-law Chuck and Missy Groh, several nieces, nephews, cousins and many special friends. GROH, Walter Jr. C. "Walt" 52 of Clayton, passed away peacefully Monday, June 12, 2017. Walt leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife of 33 years, Donna (Riesenberg) Groh, three sons and daughters-in-law Blake and Sarah Groh, Kyle and Kristin Groh, Jake and Brett Groh, grandson Reid Groh, granddaughter Nora Groh. Also surviving are his mother Frances (Cauley) Groh, sister and brother-in-law Elaine and Doc Chinn, brother and sister-in-law Chuck and Missy Groh, several nieces, nephews, cousins and many special friends. He was preceded in death by his father Walter C. Groh Sr. in 2015. Walt was a 1982 graduate of Northmont High School, was Co-owner of Groh General Contractors, member of American Legion Post 707 and Dayton Hockey Association. He loved fishing, wrestling, golf, bowling, all motor sports and Indian Lake. There will be a Gathering of Family and Friends, Thursday, June 15, 2017 from 4:00 - 8:00 pm at the SALEM CHURCH OF GOD, 6500 Southway Road, Clayton, Ohio. A Celebration of Walt's life will be 11:00 am Friday, June 16, 2017 at Salem Church of God, with Pastor Todd Mills presiding. Burial will follow in Royal Oak Memorial Gardens.
